Gorilla Theatre is not simply scene after scene set up by a director. Directors come to the show with a vision, idea, concept, point of view something they want to explore on stage and then fight for it As Keith said "The struggle to attain your vision is at the heart of Gorilla Theatre and makes it unlike any other form.” This directing workshop is for experienced players working on how do we attain a vision? What does fighting for it mean?
This is a FREE event organised by the iTi International Theatresports Institute.

The heart of genres in improvised storytelling.
Genres provide a rich texture and an exciting world for improvisors to create in. “Feel yourself being quietly drawn, by the deeper pull of what you truly love.”-RUMI
Love is a complex emotion. It can motivate and devastate. It can fill you up and bleed you dry. It moves us, thrills us, teases us and tears us.
To celebrate the launch of Patti Stiles' debut book Improvise Freely, we're bringing improvisors from around the world together to discuss and discover more about this crazy thing we do and love, guided by questions from attendees.
This course is designed to give you a chance to strengthen your Impro muscles as you explore and perform an online format created by Patti called The Apartment Block.
Focusing on character, relationships and the stories hidden behind closed doors.
